By accessing and purchasing any of the products available on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Licensing

The music packs sold on this website are intended for use as a part of a customer’s project. Once the customer has completed the purchase, they are authorized to use the music in personal, non-commercial, and commercial projects. The customer can use the music in an unlimited number of projects for an unlimited period without any additional fees. In case of paid tracks, no attribution is required. The customer cannot resell the music as a standalone product (as a music pack or a part of a music pack). The license is included in the product as a PDF document. The license is valid only for one user and is non-transferable.

 

2. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products, we cannot offer any refunds once the customer has downloaded the product. Refunds are only possible within 30 days of purchase if the customer has not downloaded the product.

 

3. Disclaimer of Liability

The use of the products and accompanying software is at the customer’s own risk. Adam Vitovsky, the owner of the products, shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from any form of use of the products.

 

4. Ownership

All the music available on this website is owned by Adam Vitovsky.
